Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30.03.2026
This Policy explains what data may be collected when you use the website dunger.ua (hereinafter, the “Site”) and related online services, for what purposes, and what rights you have. The text is written in plain language; if needed, we can provide further clarification via the contacts at the bottom of this page.
Personal data controller: LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “DUNGER” (DÜNGER brand), registered at: 35321, Rivne region, Rivne district, Nova Liubomyrka village, Promyslova Street, 6, USREOU (EDRPOU) 42637594; e-mail: sales@dunger.com.ua, brv@dunger.com.ua; tel.: +38 (097) 671-53-83 (full contact list is also on the “Contacts” page).
1. When this Policy applies
The Policy applies when you browse the Site, use contact forms, place orders in the online store, register or use an account, subscribe to a newsletter (if available), and when technical data is transmitted automatically as you open pages.
2. What data we process
Depending on how you use the Site, the following categories of data may be processed:
2.1. Data you provide yourself
- Feedback and forms. Name, phone, e-mail, message text, and other form fields — depending on how the form is configured.
- Placing an order. Contact details (full name or company name, phone, e-mail), delivery address and/or billing address (if provided), order notes, selected delivery option and payment method. For guest checkout, data is also stored in the order record on our systems.
- Account. E-mail address, login credentials, profile and address book data (if you add it), settings related to the account. Where two-factor authentication is enabled, related technical data for sign-in verification may also be processed.
- Sign-in with Google. If this sign-in method is enabled, we receive a limited set of profile data from Google needed to identify the account (according to Google settings and your consent on the sign-in screen).
2.2. Data generated automatically
- Technical browsing data. For example, browser type, interface language, operating system; sometimes aggregated page-view data if analytics tools are enabled (see the section on cookies and analytics).
- Form submission (service) data. To prevent spam and abuse and to understand the source of an enquiry we may store: a typical browser identifier (User-Agent), the page from which the form was sent, the referring page (referrer), and marketing UTM tags (source, medium, campaign, etc.). IP addresses are stored in an anonymised form (last octet zeroed for IPv4).
- Shopping cart. Cart contents may be stored in your browser (
localStorageunder a key such asecom_cart) on your device — without being sent to our servers until you place an order. This is not an “account”, but it helps keep your selected items. - Site appearance (theme). Your light/dark theme choice may be stored in the browser
localStorage.
2.3. Payments
Payments are made via certified payment services (for example, WayForPay — depending on store settings at the time of purchase). We do not store full payment card details on our own Site. Card or wallet data is processed by the payment provider under its own security rules and privacy policy.
3. Why we use data (purposes)
- to provide access to Site content and improve it;
- to process enquiries and applications submitted via forms;
- to place, fulfil, and support orders, delivery, accounting, and to meet bookkeeping and tax requirements;
- to create and maintain an account and secure sign-in (including protection against bots and fraud);
- to inform you about order status or to respond using the contacts you provided;
- visit and campaign effectiveness analytics — only if the relevant tools are enabled;
- to comply with applicable laws of Ukraine.
4. Legal bases
We process personal data on the following bases: your consent (where explicitly requested, e.g. a checkbox or sending a form); performance of a contract (purchase of goods); legitimate interests (protecting the Site, fraud prevention, basic analytics, improving the service) — balanced with your rights; legal obligation (record-keeping, taxes, responses to competent authorities where duly requested).
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files the browser stores on your device. We use them in particular for:
- Site operation and sessions (technical cookies, including for account sign-in);
- remembering interface language (e.g. storing the selected language for up to one year);
- UTM marketing tags (up to 120 days) to understand which advert led to a contact;
- analytics and measurement — if the administrator enables the relevant services.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Some features (e.g. account sign-in or cart) may work only in a limited way without cookies.
6. Analytics, errors, and third-party code on the Site
- Google Analytics or other analytics services may be connected when allowed in the project settings. The provider may then receive anonymised or pseudonymised visit data according to its policy.
- Logging systems may collect technical error reports about the Site so we can fix issues.
- Code snippets in the <head> area and before </body> may be added via the content management system. Widgets or third-party counters may be included there. If you administer the Site, keeping a separate register of such scripts is recommended; if you are a user, where a cookie consent banner exists you can manage consent categories where implemented.
7. Protection against automation and spam
To verify that a form was submitted by a human, Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile may be used (depending on settings). These services may analyse browser behaviour and process technical data under Google’s or Cloudflare’s policies. The Site shows the required notice next to forms where the provider’s terms require it.
8. Sharing data and third parties
We may share some data with trusted service providers without whom the Site cannot operate:
- CMS / backend — storage of content, orders, forms, customer accounts;
- hosting and infrastructure (servers, CDN) — request handling and backups;
- payment systems — payment authorisation;
- e-mail services — transactional messages (e.g. order confirmation or notification of a new form submission);
- carriers / delivery services — the minimum data needed to deliver an order.
Under agreements with such providers we require an appropriate level of data protection. If servers are located outside Ukraine, mechanisms to meet cross-border transfer requirements under Ukrainian law and contracts apply.
9. Retention
We keep data no longer than necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy or as required by law: for example, order and financial records for bookkeeping and tax retention periods; form enquiries until the matter is resolved and for a reasonable follow-up period unless a longer period is justified.
10. Security
We apply organisational and technical measures to protect data (access restrictions, HTTPS encryption, administrator permission separation, etc.). No measures guarantee absolute security online; if you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.
11. Your rights
Under Ukrainian personal data protection law you may:
- obtain confirmation of processing and access to your data;
- request correction of inaccuracies;
- request erasure or restriction of processing where provided by law;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests where you have grounds;
- withdraw consent where processing was based on consent (this does not affect lawfulness before withdrawal);
- lodge a complaint with the Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights of Ukraine or a court.
To exercise your rights, e-mail brv@dunger.com.ua or sales@dunger.com.ua. We will reply within the statutory time limit and may ask you to verify your identity if necessary to protect others’ data.
12. Children
The Site and products are aimed at adults and business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you become aware that such data was provided, tell us so we can delete it.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this text when Site features or legal requirements change. The current version is always at https://dunger.ua/privacy (or another URL we indicate on the Site). For material changes, a banner or e-mail notice may also be appropriate.
14. Contacts for personal data matters
