Exchange and returns
As a leading mineral fertilizer producer, we value our customers' trust and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer you the opportunity to exchange or return your product within 14 days of purchase, as provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". However, there are some terms and conditions that must be followed in order to take advantage of this opportunity.
Categories of goods eligible for return and exchange
Not all goods can be returned or exchanged, depending on their nature and quality. Below are the categories of goods that are eligible for return and exchange:
- Good quality goods: This is a product that has not been used, but its presentation, consumer properties, markings, labels, original packaging, as well as documents issued with the product have been preserved. You can return or exchange such goods for any reason, for example, if you change your mind or find a better option.
- Goods of inadequate quality:This is a product that does not meet the requirements specified in the contract, description or sample. You can return or exchange such products if they have defects or damage that affect their functionality or appearance.
Methods and terms for returning complex mineral fertilizers of good quality
If you have purchased complex mineral fertilizers from us and want to return or exchange them, you need to follow these steps:
- Contact us at the phone number listed in the "contacts" section within 14 days of purchase and inform us of your decision. The goods must meet the criteria of good quality specified above.
- Then you need to send the goods to the address: Rivne region, Rivne district, Oleksandria, Nova Poshta 1 (113-b Svyato-Preobrazhenskaya str.), recipient DUNGER LLC (EDRPOU 42637594), number 097-671-53-83. Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs associated with the shipment of the goods, unless it is our fault. We do not accept parcels with unpaid shipping for return or exchange!
- Wait for our confirmation and refund. We will check the goods upon receipt and process your request within 5 business days, after which we will transfer funds to your card or account. If you want to exchange the fertilizer, another product of your choice will be sent within 1-3 business days.
- When exchanging goods, we do not reimburse the costs associated with the cost of delivery services: the courier's departure or the cost of transportation by a transport company to another city, according to the declaration (TTN). In case of refusal of the goods, the cost of delivery services is paid by the buyer. If the goods are defective, the cost of delivery in both directions is paid by our company.
