# Fertilizer granulation by dry compaction DÜNGER provides fertilizer granulation for manufacturing and trading companies and agricultural businesses. We work with mineral and organo-mineral compositions, including single-component and multicomponent formulations. Feasibility for a particular batch is agreed after reviewing the composition, condition of the raw material and requirements for the finished product. Our production site is in Nova Liubomyrka, Rivne region, Ukraine. Granulation prepares a product in granular form for subsequent packaging, transport and application. Component composition, granule requirements and possible formulation changes are agreed before starting an order. You can discuss [fertilizer laboratory testing](https://dunger.ua/en/services/laboratory-studies) for raw material assessment and finished product control. The parameters and tests required are determined for the specific task. ## Granulation capacity DÜNGER granulation equipment capacities | Fertilizer type | Equipment | Throughput | | --- | --- | --- | | Single-component | Granulators | 150 tonnes/shift | | Multicomponent | Granulators | 120 tonnes/shift | These figures describe the equipment. The quantity and schedule for your order are agreed separately, taking into account the raw material, formulation, batch preparation and required packaging. --- ## Fertilizer compositions and order preparation ### Mineral fertilizers We consider single-component fertilizers and multicomponent formulations with the main nutrients N, P and K. To discuss a formulation, specify the components and the required nutrient content of the finished product. ### Organo-mineral fertilizers A mineral base is combined with an organic component. We assess whether specific components are suitable for compaction before starting work. Please provide the origin, composition and condition of the material, along with any available analysis results. To purchase finished products, use the mineral fertilizer catalogue below. Processing feasibility, preparation requirements and price are agreed after assessing the material. Your enquiry can also include [fertilizer packaging in sacks or bulk bags](https://dunger.ua/en/services/packaging) and [fertilizer storage](https://dunger.ua/en/services/storage). Pricing is determined individually for the specific quantity and scope of work. [Discuss granulation: +380 97 671 53 83](tel:+380976715383).
